110 days clean and still no better
Hey - sorry to hear of your struggle. Hang in there.
I'm not a doctor, and not giving medical advice. I had what I thought were long-lasting withdrawl symptoms. Shaky, acute anxiety attacks, racing heart, insomnia, fatigue at the gym, edginess that would go away after I ate but would come back, trouble concentrating.
Turned out to be my thyroid. I've been on meds for a month, and I can't begin to tell you how much better I'm doing.
Just what happened to me. Hopefully you find the relieve you're looking for.
