I Am Here To Help

I love reading and listening on this site. Once I pass two more exams, I will be a licensed therapist. But I love this site attempting to help people.

I love being a therapist because I help people try and figure out what is going on in their lives to figure out what is going wrong to make them feel unhappy.

We are all in this together!!!

Hey JB!

How did the other night go? Have you started your "Day 1" yet? Free from alcohol?

I think it's good ya want to help others, but in all honesty I think ya may want to figure out what is going on with you, which imo can use some more assistance than SR . This thought comes from reading your recent threads.

Yes, I mean I think it is fantastic to have a big heart like you seem to have JB...but it may be tricky to "help" people on an addiction/alcohol forum such as this while still actively drinking and looking for guidance yourself ya know?

Yes, it is always best to help people when not actively drinking. So glad I am sober today.
