I had a horrible Friday!!! I'm not sure exactly how to not let it happen again!!! I'm not thinking about alcohol durning the week or even the weekend. I can go months without drinking but lately it's gotten worse.... The depression is getting worse, I feel so guilty after... Even if nothing bad happen? I feel something bad is coming if I don't completely stop, every blackout I hate myself!!!! I can't even say it's because of issues I drink!!! Maybe I'm so serious and when I drink I feel Alive... So pathetic!!!ever since I got divorced I changed, he was a heroine addict so I guess I had to keep him together but when he left I fell apart. I always had issues with alcohol but had a better control of it. Just venting....

Just not taking that first drink,,, I thought about AA... Just unsure!

Hi Unsure,
It seems like what you are saying is that you saving your husband in the past is what helped you, and now you are saving your alcohol with alcohol. Do you think that having some abstinence some alcohol will help you?
