Dwelling on the past

Could have got treatment for a specific condition in 2011. Won't go into details but things went wrong after I was promised a future. I was 30-31 back then.

I can't stop dwelling on the past. This has to stop as I'm now on my way to recovery. Year 2015. I'm not even 35 yet.

yeah the past is gone bh. There's nothing we can do about yesterday. Todays still an open book tho

You still have today. And I would be wiling to bet there is treatment or therapy or alternatetives to help just like there were in 2011.

Im 32 roughly same age i got sober at 31 believe me when i say give sobriety a true chance to change your life
