Feeling awful

It's nearly 5:pm uk and I feel like crap, depressed to hell and anxious. I don't want to drink. But I feel awful, loads of discomfort.

Haven't had drink yet and don't want to.

Glad you came here instead of drinking BH, give your self some credit for that if. It if nothing else. Could you catch a movie, read a book or listen to some music that you like? Or maybe get something good to eat?

Glad you are making it through. Although i'm hoping that you are speaking figuratively about your heart?

Lol, that cracked me up. It didn't stop beating completely, just slowed my heart rate down and made me less anxious.
