I'm mixing research chemicals (benzos) with booze. Yes, I know I need to see a doctor and I am on Wednesday. But this is bad. Trying to self detox. My liver is not good.

I don't suffer withdrawals but my will power isn't strong enough.

Generally willpower is not enough for any of us...that's kind of the basic nature of addiction itself. Most of us need help via counseling, meetings, rehab, detox, self help, etc. Do you plan on discussing this all with your Dr on Wednesday?

My will power alone failed 100% of the time. Will power plus outside support was the ticket for me.
