Getting sober is tough. Admitting that fact is even tougher. I had to take a pretty massive dose of humility to have any chance of getting sober at all.

Moving forward is what is most important...glad you can still be here to join us.

Bh, I'm gonna throw it out there, I was Mr. Minnesota and damn near turned professional in bodybuilding. I left that life behind me and have tried to move forward.
