Stop sugar cravings instantly

I found an interesting article from Men's Health today:

Stop Sugar Cravings | Men's Health

I bet it would work with other kinds of cravings as well. I remember something about blood sugar and cravings from "Under the Influence." So it can't be that far fetched. What do you think?

I think the key is waiting out the cravings, which are usually less than 15 minutes long. So anything that keeps you occupied for a brief amount of time will allow the cravings to pass.

I've read that on SR dozen of times.

yes, it works, and any other type of activity to distract you for 15 minutes or so also works.
the good news is that from your link I saw another article that told me masturbating at least one time a day is normal. I'm not quite normal yet, but working on it...

I'm wondering what level you would need to be considered abnormal
