Green tea! It makes me feel so good.

I love water with sliced lemon as well.

Diet sprite and ginger ale is a nice treat.

I have a soda stream and usually just add a little orange or grapefruit juice to the carbonated water.

I drink a 16 oz mug of coffee and a small glass of 1/2% milk with breakfast and a can of Diet Mountain Dew every morning.

With dinner I drink a can of Coke Zero.

Before bed I'll drink decaf black tea.

I also make sure I drink plenty of water.

Yes I do pee a lot!
