Unfortunately we can't as that would be considered medical advice. Detox can be dangerous in some circumstances so it's best to consult with a doctor or a counselor prior to doing so. There are options out there for free and reduced cost detox centers if you don't have access to paid healthcare or insurance.

Jai08, what are you detoxing from....alcohol or pills? There is a difference. Detoxing cold turkey from alcohol is painful and dangerous ie. strokes, heart problems, seizures. Detoxing from pills is painful but usually not dangerous. I would go see a Dr. and tell the Dr. what is going on....don't be shy...they have heard it all. A Dr. can prescribe some anti-anxiety meds. which will help with the symptoms of withdrawal. From my experience, you only need to be on the meds. for between 3-5 days. Then with a clear head you can start on your recovery program. Best Wishes.
