Congrats on day four. Did you eat something? I found my appetite diminished at the beginning as well. It came back. Now I'm starting to get into my breakfasts. For now force yourself to eat something small, try to do simple things you enjoy that take your mind off of what your body is going through us. Ice-cream, movie, posting on SR.
