I'm no doctor, but as a layman I understand the 'do no harm' part
There is Certainly one way to stay clear of putting one's self back into danger of alcohol withdrawl related seizures, rootin for ya.

None of us are Doctors bh. We can't give you any guarantees about seizures.
If you feel ok, then great - if not you'll have to rethink the Dr thing.
I do think that continued abstinence gives you and your mind and body the best chance of a full recovery

3 days is great! Not to inject worry but maybe check your blood pressure? Most pharmacies and even walmart have machines. Most of us do run high for the first few days and temporary meds are available from your doc.

your body will heal. just eat good rest and drink fluids. and keep up those healthy habits for a while cause sadly our bodies dont heal over night. But of course we didnt make ourselves sick over night either.
In time we heal up good tho. I'm considerably more healthy now I quit when i was 33 i was a mess struggled to get up the stairs was obese and smoked 2 packs a day to top it all off. Now im slim and trim i go running i dont smoke i feel great etc... I thought I'd never recover. I figured for sure i'd just drop dead.
Your never to old to recover or feel good or do much of anything. theres people in there 70's running marathons faster then i can.
our bodies are pretty impressive so long as we treat them well.
