I'm almost 7 days sober

I am proud of myself. yesterday I had an intense craving for alcohol but I talked myself out of it. It seems like my cravings last for 12 hours.

Lion as you i think your awesome the cravings will lessen with time today you strenthened your sobriety it will get easier

You should be proud! Keep it up. Those urges/cravings get less and less, keep working through it, it gets easier.

congrats on the 7 day sobriety i got one day already under my belt im going to take it a day at a time and see if i can reach 7 days like yourself .
