Yes. I had constant bloat in my waistline and face. The waistline bloat was noticeably reduced in a week or two and kept getting better slowly. Depending on the time of month...sorry guys for TMI
My face was noticeably thinner in a few weeks. Probably a month or a little more in, started receiving compliments that my face was thinner. This also continued to keep improving slowly.

I noticed it going away by day 5. my stomach is now less bloated and my skin and eyes look so much clearer and brighter. I sleep better and have more energy too. everyone is different. drink lots of water and eat healthy (greens, lean meats, fruits). will help your body heal and stabilize your blood sugars.
I lost 15 pounds over five months due to giving up booze and soda pop. Don't drink your calories is all I can say. Tap water doesn't agree with my stomach so Perrier was and still is my new best friend.
I'm so glad I found this thread. This is the evening of my second day sober, and i'm considerably bloated all over, especially my face and stomach. I have been eating a lot of sugar and carbs though.
I don't like it. This is terrible for me to say, but when I drank, because i was dehydrated, i looked thinner, and I liked that part. Don't like this bloated feeling.
