I woke up this morning and I feel weak... and I don't feel like doing anything. will this pass? I'm on my 4th or 5th day sober.

I felt the same on day 4/5 Lion hang in there were here whenever you need

I didn't get much done that first week. Pretty much slept a lot, drank tons of water and tried to eat something. The only thing that I really cared about was not going to the liquor store, no matter what. From my experience, you should start feeling much better in a few more days. Best thing you can do is try to relax, be good to yourself and not worry about what you're not getting done. John
