I like the simplicity of your thread title it just begged me to click it this morning.

I got my ups and downs but i'm realizing life goes on things will be fine it all works out just enjoy the ride.

it is a lot less exhausting to just not drink, it frees me up mentally, physically and financially.

your body will change,you will lose that shiny puffy face and you will have more energy from real sleep.
