I'm still going strong... still sober... still having withdrawals though... it should pass by the end of the week I think. On the first couple of days I felt weird in the head... almost dizzy sometimes... I showered a lot and I'm still sleeping quite a bit.

yeah i showered a lot to relieve the tension myself. you need to rest eat well and drink lots of fluids. I'll be honest it takes the body some time to heal but it does heal.
