I don't know if I will be able to cope with 180 days of this.

Yes stopping drinking is a very good start however it’s not usually the end all.
We still are the same people who we were when we started our sober journey carrying the same issues in most cases.
I and most recovered alcoholics needed to work and change certain characteristics we carry and used alcohol to escape from the issues of life.
Fear is/was the top contender along with other feelings that we tried to cover up.
It’s a process that is certainly well worth the effort.
Just think of being comfortable in your skin most of the time.

I only have to do what is in front of me. Then I get to sleep. This is much easier than structuring my whole day around my drinking but wasn't at first cuz I had more practice at that. Doing life sober repetitively is progressive and gets funner, easier and more rewarding sooner than you think. Congrats on 40+ days!
