I took my last drink
6 months ago! I really don't think I could have done it without being here and all your help!
It's been slow getting back to feeling well and it's taken every bit of 6 months one day at a time but it's been worth it in every way.
When I stopped I was taking it day by day but subconsciously 6 months was my long term goal so I'm very grateful I made it to this point and I'm going to continue a day at a time.
