Strange feeling in head
Hi
If you would like to know my full story check my post in the mental forum .
Here is a brief discription .
Been drinking for 20 years (41 now) at the last half of last year my drinking was really bad , binge drinking 3 times a week until I blacked out and also drinking neat vodka to help me sleep most nights .
I quit cold turky in November and have been so poorly ever since , bouts of anxiety , depression , foggy heads , confusion , de personalisation, very nervous and can't handle any stress .
I've also quit my full time job I can't meet any of my friends and hate leaving the house .
Even when I'm standing in a que for subway I freak out and have to leave .
Some days are better than others but mostly every day I have symptoms .
The worst thing at the moment is a kind of head pressure in the back of my head . When the pressure is there I can't sleep I get so nervous and can't watch tv with out freaking out , even the dog barking turns me in to a wreck. I also feel a little sick during the head pressure .
I've had a ct and mri scan all fine .
Just really fed up and feel I've damaged my brain for good , it's been 5 months of terrible symptoms and I've so had enough
Has anybody else had any of this ? Is it extreme paws? Is it somthing else ?? Help

My other symptoms,
Blurry vision , insomnia , tired , spaced out , frightend, dizzyness
I can't take any head meds like sleeping tablets or ssri as they affect me so bad .
Every symptom gets 10 times worse with medication
