i don't know what's going on my head is going off the rails, i'm ******* confused, detox centre is open at 10 should i go in before that? three hours til then, they're open before but two separate people on the phne have told me they have a meeting between 9 and ten so... no im really scared now i've not felt like this before, should i go into a&e? i don't know what they could do i feel like im unravelling

it's pretty scary I bet...but you're doing the right thing, absolutely.
If you feel you need help right now there's no harm in going to ER.

If they told you to wait until 10 at the detox centre I'd try to stick to that
