numbers, ocd like stuff and drinking

Well it's funny you ask because I was just thinking today that I could give a total middle fingers up to that day and quit again then too. I don;t want to go into crazy details but 1 plus three being four is bad for me. I hate being this way. One can hopefully stop drinking but how do you stop this??? I am convinced drinking is a symptom of this defective grey matter of mine.

Me too sleepie.
Could only drink in even numbers. Couldn't even take a single sip had to be two quick ones.
If I touch something have to touch it again, then even it up on the other side etc...
Dont have any obsessions about having to clean the house though, much to the disgust of my wife
Saying to just stop it is like telling an alcoholic to just not drink eh..
