Today i was released from a english nhs mental health unit. If you have seen my previous threads, im a serial "ok im doing good but then mess up"
So yes im worried tbh. I dont think ill ever be a normal person etc

There's many amazing people here on SR...I wouldn't call any of them normal

Who have you got with you?
What are you doing now?
It can all be in the past if you want it to be - the returning to drink.
Just because it has happened before does not mean it will or has to happen again.
