Problem drinker since age 16, drank to get drunk. When I was drunk I thought I could take on the world, when sober I lacked confidence.I started having mental health issues after finding my Dad dead from a self inflicted gunshot to the head. When I finally sought Phychological help I was put on meds that made my drinking problems 10 times worse. The meds really intensified the booze.I've attempted overdosing several times but finally got the right help late last year. I guess I'm a lucky guy.
