Withdrawl back again?

I am wanting to know if its possible or if anyone has had the same,

After have alot of bad hangovers i decided to stop drinking which resulted in a bad few weeks with which i can only describe as withdrawl ( not medically proven )

Anyway after 29 days of not drinking i was feeling better although not 100% , last night i decided to go for a drink after work with a few friends, i drank about 7 or 8 pints which is normal for myself, today i have the same mega hangover with anxiety kicking in, hence typing this.

Does withdrawl come with every time you start and stop drinking even after one night?

Yes. Several years ago I drank after a short period (10 days of sobriety) and the hangover/withdrawal was six times worse than ever before. It was the worst hangover of my life. And THAT says a lot.

For me it does. My hangovers/withdrawals tended to get worse each time. It's called kindling.

In my experience when I stopped drinking for a period of time and then had a night out I could not handle the usual amount of alcohol I could in the past so that may explain the extreme hangover you suffered as your body was getting used to being alcohol free, I never had withdrawals though after a one off drinking session as I understand that withdraws are only really prominent after a sustained period of alcohol intake.
