the jitters

I just wanted to remind everyone not to drink... the heart beating fast, the jitters, the sweats... the trembling on the inside... is enough to send someone overboard. I hate what alcohol has done to me.

Had hundreds of days like that. The worst form of hell. That was the single reason I stopped.

Welcome back lion, yep that is the worst feeling there Is and any time I have a craving for beer I just do my best too remember those awful withdrawals and lack of sleep I had for around 2 weeks.

Thank you for the reminder. I had the jitters yesterday and my heart was racing. I went to a meeting for the first time in a while last night and I couldn't stop shaking. There are a thousand reasons I'm stopping and this is definitely one of them.
