Hi and congratulations.
I needed to learn from all my week/day ones and try not to repeat them.
Finally one day things clicked for me and I got honest with myself about my drinking and accepted the fact I cannot drink alcohol in safety.

Then the work began and has resulted in a lot of sober years and the saying “ I wouldn’t trade my worst day sober for my best day while drinking.”

Way to go sleepie! Your on your way now. I remember my first week. It was brutal physically. But then it got a lot better. Hang in there. Your best days are here!
