New life

A life without alcohol is a very rewarding,clear minded,finding yourself life,recently I've started doing volunteering work with the elderly and adults with physical disabilities,to help others cope helps me cope

Yes sir. Doing service work is so rewarding. I do it somewhat selfishly because it is what helps keep me sober as much as it may help others.
