So I started the day really well with my graphic design, but then my mood dropped badly. I contacted AA girls, and arranged to have coffee with a lovely woman I met at yesterday's meeting, who's 2 years sober. I really hit it off with her yesterday, and she's going to be my sponsor

I took my empty bottles to the recycling (now just gotta take the cardboard cartons tomorrow morning).

I then went to a local meeting which was fab, and I met more lovely people. It was probably the most friendly meeting I've been to, and that's saying something. So that's my 5th meeting now in 6 days. I don't know yet if I'll go to one tomorrow as I'm starting training again and I am exhausted mentally and physically.

Oh, and I bought some chocolate on the way home lol. So despite the big dip, the day is drawing to a close in a positive way
