Doing it again - Some news

Well, 3 months sober today. I can feel the brain fog starting to lift now, thinking clearer - energy levels are also up. One day at a time. Truthfully, had quite a craving 3 days ago, but made sure I talked to someone.
Just started reading the book, ''Awakening to your Life's purpose,'' by Eckhart Tolle. Its helping me allot to be conscious of my ego.
I haven't been posting much, but am happy to be here today.

Way to go on 3 months. Im at 38 days and looking forward to the 90 day mark. Many have told me that's when a lot of the early withdrawl symptoms really start to lift
