Just a word of note,
fruit is often seen as great for an alcoholic but keep in mind, alcohol damages tooth enamel on its own and citrus fruit actually causes erosion. I know, it sucks. Its like what is good for one body part is bad for the other. It doesn't effect most regular people but small things can effect us.

Kidding. I am a huge believer in eating well. Perhaps detox is the wrong word, but I believe what we eat has an enormous effect on how we feel and how we function.
Of course, I am not at all opposed to the occasional cupcake. (Vegan, for me.)
I'm a vegetarian, drink lots of water, and take B vitamins and magnesium every day.
I think common sense is the best guide to clean eating. Stay away from processed foods that contain chemicals that wreak havoc on your liver and eat natural foods.

So I have been eating alot of garlic lately raw as I am not that big of a cook and I go to dinner with my mom tonight. She says she can smell it through my pores. Not good. Especially when I may have job interviews coming up.
