I guess it's better than lying about it. But, if you hadn't taken that drink, you wouldn't be in this quandary.

Twenty years of trying and failing to moderate have taught me that the only way to victory is complete abstinence, forever. These moderating victories have always resulted in more drinking and a resumption of the downward spiral to ultimate oblivion. My experience anyway.
Unless you decide to put action behind the admission. it's probably most likely to be a fairly neutral step I'm afraid Sarah....
