84 Days of Sobriety Today
Today is Day 84, although feels like longer. Today, however, I got the flu and was sick with chills, body aches, and fatigue - not good. I read that taking Aleve can help with the body aches, which it did. It did not have the dosage on the bottle, but rather on the box with I already had thrown away awhile ago, and so I took 2 pills. Fortunately, when I got online later and read what was an appropriate dose before taking any more, it said that one can take 1 pill every 8-12 hours, although it is okay to take 2 pills in the first hour. I was relieved to read that, since I had taken the 2. But now I can't take another pill until 8 hours later, which would be around midnight. But I then cannot take another pill until 4 pm tomorrow, since I cannot exceed 3 pills in 24 hours. It sucks that I have to wait until midnight to take my next pill, since I am still feeling achy. Oh well, I would rather wait than lose my sobriety, which for me involves following directions on all pills, or otherwise getting a doctor's approval.

Aleve is an over the counter, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains due to arthritis, muscular aches, backache, menstrual cramps, headache, toothache, and the common cold. Aleve is also used to temporarily reduce fever.
It definitely helped relieve me of the horrible aches I had today, which then allowed me to get some rest.

84 days is excellent, justbreathe
I'm sorry you're not feeling well at the moment and hope you get better very soon. You'll need to be fit enough to dance round the room when you reach 3 months!
