Muscle pains with weakness, PAWS related?

Hi guys,

I wanted to ask if any of you experienced slight mild muscle aches and "weakness" during recovery longer term?

I'm just over 12 months sober and I still get "brain fog", low energy and slight muscle pain all over with muscle weakness? Sometimes it can last all day until evening where I would get a few hours relief of symptoms, then have it various intensities for weeks at a time...

Can it be PAWS related?

Thanks soberwolf, I will check with the doctor just in case it is unrelated.

If it was alcohol related "PAWS" symptoms I don't think my general practitioner will be so "clued up" on the subject (from previous experiences) and could possibly misdiagnose the symptoms.

I was just curious if anyone had similar symptoms related to protracted withdrawal if indeed it is related?

Doh!...sorry guys, the muscle fatigue/aches are sinuses not PAWS! Lol, today I've woke up with extreme facial pressure and a headache, I found out that can include the above symptoms, it makes sense now because this has followed a case a man flu a few weeks prior.

You might review your diet. A good quality multivitamin daily would'nt hurt. This is what I'am doing but clear it with your doctor first.
