Great job, Melinda!!! I realized that this was my fourth sober Xmas this year! It most certainly does get much easier every year although I'm not sure how much easier than this it can get. I never get tired of not having hangovers, especially in high stress family holiday times. Isn't it ironic that the thing I used to lean on to get through turns out to be the begets part of the problem?

I am so glad to see that my AV wasnt the only one wishing to give me trouble. I seriously reached for and was about to take a swig of a glass of wine. A few hours later I was contemplating giving up almost 3 months and starting again in the new year. Never has my resolve been tested so aggressively. She is a beeotch ! Went to 3 meetings this past weekend to zip her yap up....hope it helps for now. Congrats on the 6 months !
