8 Days Today
Woke up feeling good today, although I have been very tired lately. I have also given up caffeine, as caffeine makes me anxious and jittery. I did not have work today, so I was able to run a few errands. I had some cravings develop around 5 pm, and so I had some buffalo wings and cheesecake, which took care of the cravings. Now just relaxing and taking it easy. I am not taking on new projects at work right now which is fine, and I am doing this so that I can decrease the stress in my first 30 days.

I know, I have been eating like crazy. I have been trying to even it out by walking/running on the treadmill. I figure I may start eating less once I have more time under my belt. My biggest concern at the time is staying sober, however, since that is a life and death issue for me.

On Day 10 now! Yes, the food has definitely been helping, especially since my husband drinks like a lush, lol! This is the longest I have had in a long time. Those first two and three days were the hardest.
second title today made me think of Beatles - 8 days a week and so sorry uncle albert came to mind.
Congrats on 10 days JB - working out is great but binge eating defeats the purpose. Glad you are doing well. However, if eating helps you get over cravings, then by all means eat. Quitting alcohol is priority number one. Once you get a handle on that you can focus on becoming miss universe.
I wish your husband was understanding enough to cut back or stop himself.
