Progress Log - 60Days
So I've made it to 60 days. As time goes on things become easier. Every so often you get the alcohol voice pop up, but it becomes easier and easier to dismiss.
The way I see it is similar to giving up Chocolate or anything else as a matter of fact. You will always wonder how it might taste but as time goes on, you start to not care as much about it. So with this example, I personally don't call it my AV but more of my wondering voice that would say the same about anything that I have been avoiding. But obviously lets not take it lightly that one would make you Fat and the other will destroy your life
My third milestone is 100 days and I'm pleased that I'm more than half way there already.
I still sometimes get that sense of doom feeling, but again, it's easier to control and goes quickly. Life is good!

That's excellent. I think you've done really well to get to this point.
One slight problem I had was that I thought after hitting a particular target (sixty days or whatever) I could "reward" myself with a drink.
Someone else posted here that's like rewarding yourself for cleaning the house by throwing garbage all over the floor.
That stuck in my mind!
