What is your gender?

Simple right? We'll see...

I like the fact that you put 'undecided' as an option! :)

andyroo72 10-15-2014 01:40 PM

I really think you should have put 'Yes' as an option :=]

Let's see if an argument develops over this one

Lol

A google search says men are twice as likely as women to become alcoholics. Why men are twice as likely to become alcoholics - drinking sparks more pleasure in male brains | Daily Mail Online

I had to look that up.
Thank you for making me just a little bit smarter today!

I just noticed that 'male' is in italics. Is there, perhaps, some deeper meaning here I am overlooking? :=]

Unintentional; poll software apparently. I did intentionally follow the ladies first convention however. :)

What's your hypothesis with this one DS?

Like an alcoholic can make decisions.

*dangit. I had that in all caps, and the browser corrected it. Why you mess with me, browser?*

Does there always have to be one Dee?

Aellyce 10-16-2014 07:27 AM

I'm often told that I tend to think and behave more like a man than a woman (considering stereotypes I guess). Does that put me in the "undecided" category? I guess it's the other people who tell me that, they cannot decide :)

fini 10-16-2014 09:00 AM

when a person doesn't identify as male or female, doesn't mean they're 'undecided'.

interesting word to use, 'undecided'.
as if all who identify as either male or female have made a decision.
i'm pretty sure most have never questioned their gender.

i go to one meeting where we do a go-around at the beginning and people say their name and the pronoun they use for themselves. those who say "they" are certainly not undecided.

not arguing, just adding :)

I'm a man/male.

I do know people who are transgendered in that they were born the opposite gender; but then transitioned into the other gender.

Why do you want a poll knowing the age and IQ of people in this forum? What is the reason you have run these polls? I get an uneasy feeling when I see polls like this. I see there is also one asking what gender people are. To me, these polls are just gathering info on members for personal gain. Just my opinion...
