Listening to the Voices
 

So I noticed last night that the AV is becoming easier to control. I’m actually listening to the rational thoughts, and them telling me the benefits of staying sober far out weighted the results of drinking. The rational thought was obviously there all the time but Alcohol made it harder to hear. But now sobriety has made the rational thoughts more dominant and thankfully easier to overthrow the AV.

Great post Mini - and an excellent reminder that the more sober time you get under your belt the more manageable things become.
