Try flipping the loneliness to something positive. It is calm, it is soothing. Take a warm bath, light candles, treatment on your hair or skin.

Came out the other side unscathed. It's now sunday morning and although the feelings are still there, I feel that I have a better grip, and more control over my actions. Last night could have gone in a completely different direction. It could have been bad - very bad. But it wasn't, and I survived. No regrets for me today!!
