Is this normal ? Help !
Day 4 sober today and loving it ! I am doing well.
Ended up extreme 4 day bender on Sunday, but even today I feel completely OUT OF IT !! I make sense when I talk, head feels clouded and my sense of balance isn't all that great.... I bet I got alcohol poisoning, what should I do ?
Been drinking tons, eating and taking multivitamins.

Extreme bender = extreme withdrawal time.
You and I have already discussed this.
Sounds like you're where you're supposed to be.
If you stopped during the day Sunday, tonight will be the fourth night, and sleep should come easier, and you should start feeling a clear mind soon.
Be attentive to your body, and the rest will soon follow.

Re alcohol poisening........ from what I understand, if you had alcohol poisening you'd be in an ER somewhere, strapped to a guerney.
It really does sound like you're where you should be at this time!

Also, the first 4 days have been HELL as you all noted... Not only did I feel like complete crap, I had to do presentations at work and attend a few important meetings as well as a golf game with clients.. Splendra, this last bender/hangover is doing wonderfull things to my recovery...

I am jealous, u have made it further than me..... I poured everything down the drain on Sat. nite (7/10) and didnt drink until yesterday...... it sucks cause I knew, even in the morning hours that this day was going to be tough... I tried to get in touch w/ people to help me out, but it just didnt happen..... so here I am again at day ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
