I am not one for counting, but I am going to give myself permission to feel good here soon coming up on a full year, so I sure hope you have permission to feel effin fantastic!

Wow. This is my first week sober in 28 years. I feel like I maybe posting too often but I will take your advice and post when I feel an urge. This will be my first Friday night so I'm making sure I just get straight home after work.
