Well everything centers in our brain, our thought pattern.
Pretty simple stuff actually.
If we can change the way we think, we change the way we act.
This can not be done while still drinking, because drinking re-wires out brains, it can however be re-wired. Thats the amazing thing about the human body, is the amazing ability for it to heal itself.
