Five years, MS and not so great life
Hi Lionne,
We really need to concentrate on the One Day at a Time. I could have found myself overwhelmed this past weekend with many life changing events to focus on but I tried instead to take it and break it apart so as not to stress out. Regardless of our health and in spite of it, we still need to treat ourselves kindly and be gentle and make sure it is a balance of rest and work. I really like your list and I went ahead and made one for myself, too. We can and do learn so much from one another. Life doesn't happen all at once so we need to pace ourselves and count the victories accordingly. I have a feeling if we both look back in a month, or even a year we'll be pleased if we only THINK POSITIVE- DRAW POSITIVE.
