The liver thing usually sorts itself if you're kind to it, from what I understand. Obviously I'm not a doc!
Thankfully you didn't get to the point where the damage is permanent.
I too am enjoying a good book.
I never read fiction, but I"m considering doing so when I finish this one.

Yeah, the doc (who isn't my usual GP) seemed rather blasé about it and told me to cut down.
When I told him I'd stopped he looked at me gone out and said "you shouldn't really have done that, but well done."

I love fiction.
Just starting the third book in a trilogy, so you can see what I've been doing over the past two weeks.
