Feeling scared and alone, every time I wake up I'm in panic, heart palpitations, anxiety, left arm hurts, major fear issues ... always so scared I feel like crying, ever since my Xanax WD everything in life has been terrible, and ever since my Mom went to jail last February everything has been terrible, it's just not fair and I just feel so alone I don't know where to go for support

hello, please don't be afraid. you're not alone, people care about you and you will get through this I promise.. can you get in touch with a local church so they can show you the love you deserve, they will help to heal your life and restore it by explaining to you what you don't have control over and what's not your problem. I know you are going through a very hard time but you're destined to get through this and you'll be a very happy person when you come out the other end. do you have support? when you get anxiety don't be scared of it, it's not a bad thing. Just be still and breathe from you belly and release it to God, ask him to take it away and he will I promise you.

ever since my Xanax WD
Try to keep that in mind and tell yourself this too shall pass etc.. its just part of the on going healing process.
I might try going for a walk. Yeah I know being alone exactly what your upset about but sometimes being alone to our thoughts on a walk can help us sort stuff out. Put the ducks in a row in our minds so to speak. I know for me a daily walk really helped with my anxiety and panic etc... its 2 birds with one stone too meditation / exercise all at the same time.
