I made it to Day six, now I need to keep myself busy this weekened so I can keep going strong.

Always find the weekends hard, that usual Friday night or Saturday night buzz feeling. Even though I'm at home. I'm on day 3 and looking forward to waking up on Sunday and not feeling rough/anxious/depressed/disappointed/tired/groggy...... Good luck stay strong, remember its just not worth it!

Great work Caleb, as others have mentioned the weekend thread is a great idea if you have the ability to join in. Another thing you might try is setting/writing down a schedule of your plans for the entire weekend. Even if it's just simple things like reading SR, taking a walk, mowing the lawn, whatever - if you know you are supposed to be doing something it gives less chance for idle time, which can bring on thoughts not conducive to staying sober.
