I desperately nefeed to see my doctor again but I have to wait till the 23rd. I agitated and depressed today. I snapped at my mom just awhile ago. I am going to call some newcomer today to ask how they are that will help but I am just venting now. I am going to take a nap hopefully that will help me. I have to start cooking at 3pm. Making a fancy dinner for my dad this evening. I feel like using the thoughts are there but I wont. I cant attend a meeting till tomorrow afternoon. I want to go to the jail tonight for a meeting but I am already cooking my dad dinner and I need to home to watch the oven while the lamb cooks. Hope everyone is well.

We use our recovery program to help us
remain clean or sober. When it comes to
health issues and needing help from our
physcians, and if I were in the same
situation as you, I wouldn't suffer. There's
no need to be in pain, whether it be physical
or emotional.

I would make a call to my doctors nurse
early tomorrow morning talking to them,
explaining my situation, my meds, how
Im feeling and I need help because I
can't wait till im suppose to go to the
doctor. You can keep that original
appointment, but I need relief now
because im very sick and the meds
im on are not agreeing with me.

If they are unable to help me, then
I would have to seek other help, including
the hospital if I need to.

I'll make sure I am honest in talking to them
and letting them know that I am in recovery
and I don't want anything narcotic or habit
forming to interfere with my sobriety.

Sometimes it is very rewarding to change our moods without the use of a little helper.

In the long run at sobriety this is what has proven best for me.
