The day was not all bad ...........
Went to the dog pound and got another dog , tigerstripe colored pit bull .
9 months old ,housebroken .
People got rid of it because it does not like other dogs .

This could be a challenging project. I would consider reading about socializing the dog safely. It likely needs some TLC and skilled training. I've known very sweet and trustworthy pit bulls, but any aggressive dog is a liability. Take care. Thanks for taking this on.

Do you have other dogs? It's a noble cause taking on a shelter animal, but aren't you gone all day for work as it it? Not trying to be a downer of course, but is taking on more responsibility really what you need right now?
