ever since earlier when I couldn't watch a movie in the threatre I have been kind of shocked in fear- and cannot feel any release of this anxiety... I'm so scared I can't even leave my apartment, I think I'm having a psychotic break... no one wants to talk to me and no one really cares anymore due to all I've done to them with using/etc, I don't know what to do... I think I'm just going to be lying on the floor in excruciating fear/pain

Sounds like a good time to stop using, my friend. The fear, anxiety, guilt and shame go away in recovery.

Paulos, call a crisis number. Someone will talk to you. You can't have exhausted all potential listeners. Call the EMTs. Go to the ER if you are having a panic attack. Get medical help.

if you are having a psychotic breaK you will know you had it...this just sounds like anxiety.

no delusions or hallucinations.. you have to get out..maybe go to the er..they will help you

Paulos, you've had a lot of change and the rug got pulled out from under you.
What you've just gone through is a huge change. The anxiety and fear can make you feel like you are losing your mind, but you aren't.

I've been in a place where I couldn't fight any longer and I was exhausted.
I couldn't even get up off the floor. That wasn't the end for me. I got help.
You need help right now and all you have to do is go to the ER and talk to the social worker.

I know you can do that. Just call for help.

Paulos! Don't hide there and suffer, it's time to get some assistance. Call your local hospital and ask for your State's "Program for Assertive Community Treatment". There has to be something in each State similar to this. Explain everything and they will likely get you the treatment you need.
